Yoga - The term ‘yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’, meaning union; the
union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. The
practice of yoga benefits the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga improves flexibility, and
strength, and corrects posture, and alignment of the body. Yoga brings the mind
to the present moment, improving clarity, and alertness in the mind. Decision-
