Yoga - The term ‘yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’, meaning union; the union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. The practice of yoga benefits the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga improves flexibility, and strength, and corrects posture, and alignment of the body. Yoga brings the mind to the present moment, improving clarity, and alertness in the mind. Decision- making, concentration and intuitive capabilities are enlivened in a calm mind. Greater energy and enthusiasm are natural by-products of such a mind state. We have people participating from all age groups and profession
Counseling – Volunteers have been chosen to give counseling classes to those children who have abandoned their parents so that they understand their responsibility towards their parents and accept them with love and affection. It is done with an objective to create awareness among children to take care of their parents.
Meditation-Mind without agitation is meditation. Meditation is letting go of anger from the past, the events of the past, and all the planning for the future. Planning can hold you back from diving deep into yourself. Just this understanding, and few days of continuous practice of meditation can change the
quality of our life
Ayurveda Treatment –Ayurveda is a holistic healing science which comprises of two words, Ayu and Veda. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge or science. So the literal meaning of the word Ayurveda is the science of life. Ayurveda treatment consists of treating a disease by the usage of natural herbs of our country. Diagnosis is often taken over a course of days in order for the Ayurvedic physician to most accurately determine what parts of the body are being affected..
