The director of the Foundation is:

• Mr. Asim Chandra, Age – 53 years, is a technocrat and a well established businessman After reaching the ladder of success he had a strong urge to satisfy his social commitments to the society. He takes active part in the upliftment of the society. This project is one of the many activities that he is involved into in rural areas of Vadodara.

  Miss Annesha Chandra, Daughter of Mr. Asim Chandra, Both of the members having varied skills bring their dedication and capabilities to Manav Seva to achieve the goal of caring for upliftment of the society and making lives better.
  
  We are a people-centered organization: a person who receives our services is the nucleus of our team. We are their advocates. People are treated with the same dignity, respect and understanding that we expect for ourselves. We strive to partner with our community and to demonstrate to that community that we are a professional organization that is cooperative, philanthropic, and growth-oriented, with an open process approach to problem solving. We value the integration and inclusion of people with different abilities in the community. It is our responsibility at all times to display a high standard of business ethics, fiscal and social responsibility, and resource utilization.
  
  The main objectives are:

• A vocational Training Institute in the name of “IOT AATMIYATA TRADE TRAINING CENTRE and enroll 100 youths in the courses during year 2011-12 & about 200 people during 2012-13.
• To work for the upliftment of downtrodden and unprivileged children, youth and women.
• To grant educational scholarship & promote education among poor & uneducated Peoples.
• To promote yoga and spiritual activities.
• To create facilities for Ayurvedic and Homeopathic treatment to the unprivileged class of the society.
• Development and encouragement for sports activities especially our ancient sports.
• Development of organic farming and tree plantation for “Green Environment”.
